摘要
通过对企业战略联盟合作伙伴行为的可选择性和不确定性因素进行博弈分析发现,可选择性是影响企业战略联盟不稳定的基础,不确定性是其扩展,并由建立的企业战略联盟稳定性的正四面体模型说明两者间的关系。
This paper discussed that selectivity was the base of the influence on the stability of enterprise strategic alliance, and uncertainty factors was its expanding by analyzing with the game theory to selectivity and uncertainty of members＇ behaviors in the enterprise strategic alliance. Furthermore, it explained the relationship between this two dimensions via building the regular tetrahedron of the stability of enterprise strategic alliance.
