摘要
应用弹性流体动力润滑理论及其公式,计算球盘传动的最小油膜厚度和膜厚比,并针对一台PIV-KS型钢球平盘式无级变速器的支承轴承“散架”故障、分析其传动的润滑状况,找出故障原因。
By applying the theory of elastohydrodynamc lubrication and its formulas, the minimal film thickness and specific film thickness of a ball disc drive are calculated;and lubrication state of this drive and causes of the faults are analyzed.
