摘要
提出了一种基于MOCCII的最小元件n阶多输入单输出电流模式滤波器电路。该电路仅由n个有源器件、n个电容及n个电阻组成,不需改变电路内部结构及器件数目,只需调整外部输入电流信号的接入数目和方式便可实现n阶低通、带通、高通、带阻及全通电流模式滤波,便于单片集成。面向实际电路,完成了PSpice仿真,结果表明所提出的电路方案正确有效。
An nth order current mode filter circuit with multiple inputs and one output based on MOCCII (second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs) is presented. The filter circuit which only contains n active elements, n capacitors and n resistors can produce nth order low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop filters. Various kinds of filters can be realized just by changing the amount and mode of joining external current signals to the circuit, and internal structure of circuit and amount of elements need not change. So the circuit is convenient to be integrated. PSpice simulation for an actual circuit is conducted, and the result shows that the proposed circuit is valid and effective.
