摘要
翅果油树(Elaeagnus mollis Diels.),是我国特有种,目前处于严重濒危状态,因此,进行幼苗的大量培育及移栽对翅果油树的保护就显得非常重要.本文分析了土壤水分胁迫对翅果油树幼苗株高、叶面积和叶片含水量等生长指标的影响,探讨了翅果油树幼苗生长的水分条件,同时结合实际工作讨论了幼苗的培育、移栽方法.结果表明在土壤田间持水量为30%~50%的干旱条件下,翅果油树幼苗可得到一定的抗旱锻炼,并能提高幼苗移栽的成活率.
Elaeagnus mollis Diels. is endemic species of China. Now it is in danger. So it is very urgent for conservation to cultivate and transplant seedlings. The effect of drought stress of soil on growing index such as height,leaf area and water content of leaf of seedlings is analyzed. So is the water condition the seedlings grow. Meanwhile with the experience in practice, the method of cultivating and transplanting seedlings is also summarized. The results show that under the stress of soil water content of 30% - 50%, the seedlings are exercised by drought resistance. And the survival rate of seedlings transplanted is also heightened.
