摘要
塑料注射模中心浇口具有简单易行的特点,在模具上使用这种浇口的前提是塑件中心附近要有一个较大的通孔,将浇口开设在通孔上。当塑件上通孔不在中心附近时,可以利用斜主流道、双主流道、双斜主流道等继续将浇口设在通孔上,扩展中心浇口的使用范围,使模具结构变得简单流畅。
The use of central gate in plastic injection mould will simplify the mould structure, but a big through hole nearby the plastic part center is needed in this way, because the central gate should be established on the through hole. When there is no through hole nearby the center of plastic part and mould, an application of inclined feed sprue, double feed sprue or double inclined feed sprue, etc will make it still possible to establish a gate on the through hole which will widen the range of use of central gate and simplify the mould structure.
