摘要
分析了电机端盖零件的冲压成形工艺,介绍了电机端盖冲裁和拉深工艺设计,确定工位件的尺寸,利用拉深、反拉深交替进行的方法,消除拉深产生的残留应力,同时还介绍了多工位级进模总体结构设计、排样方案和成形特点,关键部件的设计计算方法,模具生产的零件符合精度要求。
The stamping process for a motor end cover was analyzed. The design of blanking and drawing process was presented, including the determination of operation sequence and components dimensions. The alternation of drawing and reverse drawing was applied to relieve the residual stress. In addition, the general structural design of a multi-operation progressive die, the layout design, the forming characteristics, and the calculation method for key components were introduced.
