摘要
介绍半卷圆、压U形弯曲、自动卸料3个工作模块,分析三部分复合动作的工作过程、结构特点及设计要点。通过复合成形,简化工序,提高零件质量的稳定性,自动卸料的成功应用避免了手工操作的危险性,提高了工作效率,同时该机构对类似滞留在凸模零件的卸料有借鉴作用。
Three working portions, covering semi-arc rolling, U-shaped bending and automatic stripping for a leaf spring component were introduced. The working process, structural characteristics and design points of the combined action were analyzed. The application of combined action simplified the process and increased the operation stability and efficiency. It may also be some reference to the stripping of components remained in punch block.
