摘要
利用纤维蛋白平板法筛选纤溶酶产生菌株并测定其纤溶酶活性。从土壤、豆豉、猪血粉中分别取样,分离到30株具有溶纤活性的菌株,其中来自土壤12株,豆豉10株,猪血粉8株。选择来自土壤,并与已报道的菌株菌落特征不同的34,37菌株号进行研究,测得其酶比活力分别为9.05,624U/mg.Pro。
Fibrin plate method was used to screen fibrinolytic strain and to examine the fibrinolytic enzyme activity. 30 strains were found to possess fibrinolysis activities, in which 12 strains from soil , 10 from fermented soybean, and 8 from dried pig blood powder. For two strains, namely the serial number 34 and 37, which showed different colony characters as compared to that reported previously, a further research was conducted. Experiments showed that the enzyme activities in the two strains were 9.05 U/mg · Pro and 624 U/mg · Pro respectively.
