摘要
搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。文章提出了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念,并阐述人力资源管理方面的以人为本,引入竞争机制、激励机制的新模式。
It is essential to improve human resource management in libraries. This paper indicates some new concepts for human resource management in libraries, and argues for the new model which are more competitive and more people-oriented .
