摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展和完善,既通经济又懂法律的复合型人才成为了学校的培养目标。因此,探讨如何把握和解决经济法教学中的一些理论和方法,具有极其重要的现实意义。教师应高度重视案例教学在经济法教学中的地位和作用,使案例教学成为经济法教学的主要方式,并通过多种教学手段的综合运用提高学生的学习兴趣并丰富完善学生的知识结构,培养出既熟悉掌握财经知识又熟悉掌握经济法律知识的应用型人才。
With the improvement and completion of our country＇s new socialist market economy system, training those who know both economy and laws becomes we teachers＇ aim. Therefore the study of mastering and dealing with some theories and methods of the economy laws has been of great realistic meaning. Teachers should know the important role of the cases and use them as the main Way in economy laws teaching. At the same time, we should try to draw the＂ students＂ interests through other various teaching methods so as to enrich the students＇knowledge and make them great talents both in economy and laws.
