摘要
政府的经济职能涉及市场自由与国家干预的边界,在不同的制度、经济背景下,政府的经济职能往往要作适应性调整,以期契合现实的需要。改革开放后,我国政府的经济职能经历了从“全能”型向“调控”型的撤退。文章将回顾这一“撤退”过程中政府经济职能的变迁,发掘政府在现阶段社会主义市场经济中应处的角色,明确政府经济职能履行的目标及实现路径,希冀对行政体制改革有所裨益。
Economic function of government concerns with the border between market and state. Since the Reform and Opening, our state＇s economic function has been undergoing ＂great change＂, the paper herein will review this ＂change＂, finding out the ＂right role＂ that the state should be charged with, after that, putting forward the goal and the way to the goal of our state＇eeonomie funetion.
