由对加州电力危机的分析引出需求响应对电力市场良性发展的重要性。介绍了需求响应的概念、分类和实施机制——需求侧竞价,以及国外的响应运行机制。描述了需求响应的重要意义以及国外所进行的响应实践,并提出我国在实践需求响应方面的设想。
Demand Response （DR） is very important for the healthy development of power market. It can be derived from the power crisis of California. This article introduces the concept and sorts of DR, the implementing mechanism demand side bidding （DSB） and foreign demand response operation mechanism. It also describes the important meaning of DR and foreign practices. At last the article brings forward the ideas to practise DR in our country.
