摘要
学位制度是我国高等教育的一项重要制度。20多年来,我国学位制度在培养社会主义人才、促进经济社会及教育发展的同时,也出现了诸多的不适应性。突出表现为:内容规定滞后、创新因子不足、结构划分单一、特色不够鲜明。当前,学位制度的改革要以培养“四有新人”为目标,大力推进创新教育,尽快颁布实施《学位法》,进一步深化高等教育课程与教学改革。
The academic degree system of China＇ s higher education is an important system. For more than 20 years, the degree system of China has played a very important role in cultivating socialist talents, promoting economic and social development, at the same time, there is a lot of inadaptability in many as- pects： The regulations are backward, lack of innovation factors, single composition, characteristics not sufficiently distinct. At present, the reform of degree system should take training ＂new generation with lofty ideals, moral integrity, good education and a strong sense of discipline＂ as the goal, and vigorously promote innovation education, carry out ＂the Law of Academic Degree＂, and further deepen the reform of curriculum and teaching of higher education.
