摘要
行政价值就是公共行政所追求的一种应然状态,它反映了人们关于行政活动的希望和理想、信仰和依托。然而,在转型时期,由于行政价值的“失范”而产生了各种腐败现象。在建设社会主义政治文明,创建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,面对我国转型时期的行政价值失范的现状,我们应该进行行政价值的重塑,把我国的行政价值建立在“以人为本”的基础之上。
Adiministrative value is a kind of natural state which the public administration pursues, it reflects the hope, ideal, faith and aspiration of the people in administrative activities. However, during the transformation period, the ＂misconduct＂ of administrative value leads to the phenomena of corruption. In building socialist political civilization and in the process of constructing socialist harmonious society, to face the misconduct of administrative value during the transformation period, it is our duty to remodel the adminisstrative value on the basis of human beings.
