摘要
使用自行研制的中药蒸汽浴,对水上运动队运动员进行一个疗程(四个月)的消除运动性疲劳的治疗。疗程前后对比血乳酸(BLA)、血红蛋白(Hb)等几项指标有显著差异(P<0.01)。与对照组比较以上指标也呈显著性差异变化(P<0.01)。研究表明:中药蒸汽浴可有效地消除运动性疲劳,加速血乳酸清除能力或减少运动后血乳酸的形成,有利于有氧及无氧运动能力的提高,是一种新的恢复手段,对提高训练和比赛成绩具有独特的优势。
The Chinese traditional medicine herbal steam hath that usage by oneself research to manufacture, proceed the treatment in the sport tired of cancellation of a treatment distance（ four months） to the aquatic sports brigade athlete. The distance of treatment in front and hack contrasts the blood lactic acid（ BLA）, hemoglobin（HB） etc. a few index signs shows the difference of outstanding（ P 〈0.01 ）. Also report to show the outstanding difference variety with the above index sign in contrast in matched control（ P 〈0.01 ）.
