摘要
本文分析了本科自１９８８年以来经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术的并发症及产生原因。结果表明，并发症发生率为１３４％，其中包括脑脊液鼻漏、尿崩症、肿瘤残留再次手术及蛛网膜下腔出血伴动眼神经瘫。作者认为术前认真检查病变范围、研究病例特点，术中动作轻柔是避免发生并发症的关键。
