摘要
“和谐社会”提倡全体公民平等友爱、融洽相处。弱势群体作为一个特殊群体,理应受到全社会更多的关注。通过分析国际特殊奥林匹克委员会弱势群体政策制定的背景及具体内容,结合我国社会体育为弱势群体服务的现状,探讨了社会体育在参与建设和谐社会中应发挥的作用,提出应建立完善的政策体系,并且随着体育事业的发展而不断调整相关政策。
Harmonious society requires the citizens be equally and get along harmoniously. As a special group,the disadvantaged group should be paid more attention. This paper analyzes the background and related statements of Special Olympics International policies on disadvantaged groups, discusses the current situation of society sports services for disadvantaged groups and the society sports participation in the construction of harmonious society. Finally it points out that it is necessary to construct a perfect policy system and adapt it with the development of the sports career.
