摘要
西部大开发战略为西部少数民族传统音乐文化的繁荣和发展带来了难得的历史机遇,但同时也使其不可避免地受到多方面的冲击,尤其是商业的冲击,导致各少数民族音乐文化面临着新的破坏和生存危机。音乐界与文化界应该加强对西部少数民族传统音乐文化的保护与发展,正确引导西部少数民族传统音乐紧跟时代的节拍,突破自我封闭,拓宽发展空间,借鉴、吸收现代文化的多元形式,使其焕发出新的更强大的生命力。
The strategy on the western opening -up brings a historic opportunity to the prosperity and the development of the traditional music culture of the western minorities. However,it simultaneously brings an evitable shock from different aspects,particularly a commercial shock,resulting in a new damage and survival danger of the minority music culture. Therefore,musical and cultural fields must show great musicological concerns for the western opening - up,enforce the protection and the development of traditional music culture,guide it to follow up the steps of the time, break through the self - enclosure,widen the developmental space,absorb the various forms of modem culture,and brings it into a new and strong life.
