摘要中国儒家历来注重人格培养问题,并为此探讨了许多实践的方法。与西方人格理论相比,儒家更注重培养人内在的仁性自觉,强调在社会关系与交往中成人。鉴于儒家人格发展理论对中国传统文化与民族性格的影响极为深远,其深刻而切近的思索对本土的社会工作实践来说,实是不容忽略的宝贵资源,也颇具指导意义。 Comparing with the western personality development theories, Confucianism even makes a point of educating the inside goodness in person＇ s awareness of self and emphasizing social relation and company with people. Owing to the profound influence of Confucianism personality development theories on the race personality to the Chinese traditional culture extremely,a deep and close reflection on the practice of native social work will provide not only the precious resources, but also the leading meaning.
