摘要
目的探讨护理干预对青年战士十二指肠球部渍疡治疗效果的影响。方法对106例十二指肠球部溃疡患者进行随机分组，对照组50例采用抗渍疡治疗和常规护理．干预组56例在此基础上实施护理干预。2组患者均采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定，对评定结果进行比较。结果2组患者的SCL-90、SAS、SDS有显著性差异（P〈0.05），治疗效果有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可促进患者身心健康，提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on the young--solders with duodenal ulcer. Methods 106 young--solders with duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups. 50 patients in control group were treated with anti--ulcer drug and received routine nursing, and 56 patients in intervention group received nursing intervention on the basis of drug and routine nursing. Both of them were evaluated by SCL--90, SAS, and SDS. Results There were significant differences in the results of SCL--90 and SAS, and SDS between two groups （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of two groups was different too （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the patients＇ health and the therapeutic effect.
