在中国共产党的历史方位深刻变化的历史条件下,党究竟如何执政才能应对时代提出的新课题?《江泽民文选》再现了党的第三代中央领导集体执政的基本思路,据此形成了一系列相互联系、相互贯通的理论观点,进而形成了一个系统的科学理论体系。完整准确地把握这个基本思路,对于新世纪新阶段我们党更好地提高执政能力、完成执政使命、巩固执政地位具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。
