陕西地区有关铅中毒实验室指标的三值研究与评价 被引量：3

摘要 按照全国铅中毒诊断标准修订协作组统一质控规范，对陕西地区铅中毒进行了一次职业流行病学调查。调查了铅接触组２７５名，对照组１９４名。取得了陕西地区有质量保证的血铅、尿铅、ＺＰＰ、ＥＰ、与ＡＬＡ的正常参考值。结合调研结果，对常用铅中毒实验室检测指标进行了评价，并用Ｂａｙｅｓ判别分析法得出了各项实验室指标的三值（正常值、可接受上限值与诊断值）。将所得三值与全国协作组建议值及其他地区所得三值进行了对比，多数较吻合。从而对全国协作组提出的建议值进行了客观验证。
