摘要
目的探讨微型钢板内固定加中药薰洗治疗掌指骨骨折疗效。方法对33例43指骨折采用微型钢板内固定加中药薰洗治疗。结果创口一期愈合42指，感染1指。33例均获得随访，时间6～12个月，43指均愈合。按TAF评分：优26指，良13指，差4指，优良率为90．7％。结论微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折固定牢固，适合早期锻炼，有利于手功能恢复。
Objective To study the treatment outcome of internal fixation with mini-plate and steaming washing therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for metacarpal and phalanx fractures. Methods 33 cases （43 fingers） of metacarpal and phalanx fractures were treated with internal fixation with mini-plate and steaming washing therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results The wounds of 42 fingers healed primarily, 1 got wound infection. 33 cases were followed up for 6 - 12 months. All fractures got union. According to the evaluation of TAF scales： 26 fingers reached excellent results, 13 good and 4 poor, and the excellent and good rate was 90. 7%. Conclusions Internal fixation with mini-plate for metacarpal and phalanx fractures is reliable, which permits early exercise, and is advantageous in the hand function recovery.
