摘要
目的探讨中药利咽雾化液治疗小儿急慢性咽炎的临床疗效及作用机理。方法小儿急性咽炎156例,慢性咽炎78例,随机分为利咽雾化液治疗组和原剂型利咽饮对照组,对比观察两组治疗前后主要症状、体征,并进行药理和药效学动物实验。结果治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为急性咽炎98.8%和82.9%,慢性咽炎97.7%和91.4%,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验研究表明,利咽雾化液具有抗炎抑菌作用,且安全性高。结论利咽雾化液治疗小儿急慢性咽炎疗效显著,安全可靠,抗炎抑菌作用明显,且无不良反应。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of throat-disinhibiting vaporous atomization （TDVA） on infantile acute and chronic pharyngitis and the pharmacological mechanisms of this herbal preparation for treatment of the lesions. Methods One hundred and fifty-six infantile cases with acute pharyngitis and seventy-eight infantile cases with chronic pharyngitis were included in this study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, with one group treated with TDVA （ treating group, TG） and the other group treated with the original preparation of Throat-Disinhibiting Becerage （TDB）. Changes in the main symptoms and signs were comparatively observed before and after the therapy among the cases of 2 groups. Then, pharmacological and pharmacodynamics experiments were carried out in animals to determine its underlying mechanisms for the therapeutic effect of the preparation on the lesions. Results The total effective rates were 98.8 % and 82.9 % for acute pharyngitis and they were 97.7% and 91.4% for chronic pharyngitis in TG and CG respectively, with significantly superior therapeutic effects of TDVA to that of TDB （ P 〈 0.05）. The experimental studies showed that TDVA held obvious anti-inflammatory and bacteria-inhibiting effects and very higher safety for practical using. Conclusions TDVA therapy is very effective for the treatment of infantile acute and chronic pharyngitis, with higher safety and no side effects. The therapeutic effect on the lesions should be brought about through its anti-inflammatory and bacteria-inhibiting effects.
