摘要
目的:探讨肿胀局麻多部位脂肪抽吸术的临床应用价值。方法:对500例共1200个不同部位局部脂肪堆积的患者进行了肿胀局麻脂肪抽吸术,且对几个关键环节作了改进,其中包括手术前后的处理、超量灌注的标准、细吸管在脂肪浅层中的应用、限制利多卡因用量、选择正确的手术方法和器械、维持围手术期的体液平衡等。结果:并发症少,皮肤回缩明显,术区皮肤平坦,效果良好。结论:肿胀局麻脂肪抽吸术能满足多部位、大量吸脂的需要,是一种安全、有效的体型雕塑手术。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of tmnescent technique in multi-position liposuction. Methods： Tumescent liposuction technique was used on 1200 different sites of 500 cases, The pre- and post-operative treatment, the tumescent liquid amount, the usage of microcannula in the superficial fat layer, the lidocaine dosage, instruments and operation methods, and the maintenance of body fluid equilibrium were all well controlled. Results： There was good efficiency such as fewer complications, obviously shrinking skins and smooth operation areas. Conclusion： Tumescent technique can meet the need of multi-position and large-volume liposuction. It is a safe and effective body sculp- ture technique.
