涎腺疾病导管系统的磁共振水成像研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用磁共振水成像术(MRH)衍生的磁共振涎管成像术(MRS)对涎腺病变导管系统变化进行观察。方法对33例涎腺病变患者进行MRS,采用4种序列显示腮腺导管系统,然后给患者含服维生素C,分别于3min和10min后再次扫描,比较腮腺导管系统的显示效果。结果IR-FSE序列较FSE腮腺导管显示效果明显提高(P<0.05),服药后腮腺导管显示效果有一定的提高(P>0.05)。结论MRS对腮腺导管系统显像良好,具有简单、无创、安全等优点,能提供全面、立体的腮腺病变信息。 Objective To observe the changes of the disorder of salivary gland ducts with magnetic resonance sialngraphy(MRS) derived from magnetic resonance hydrography(MRH). Methods Thirty-three cases of salivary gland disorders received MRS, using four sequences, then 200 mg Vitamin C pills were administered.While they were kept in the mouth, MR imaging performed 3 and 10 mira later, respectively and the images of parotid gland ducts were compared. Results IR-FES sequence was superior to conventional FSE sequence in demonstrating the parotid gland duct and its branches(P 〈0.05). The image quality improved after Vitamin C pills administratian(P 〉0.05). Conclusions Compared with the common X-ray photography, magnetic resonance and MR sialography axe simple, non-injury, and safe 3-D, and more information can be obtained through MRS. MR sialography is a good alternative for imaging parotid gland ducts and important in formulating and operating program.
