摘要
目的观察中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变的光学相干断层扫描(OCT)图像特征。方法对中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变患者23例(23只眼)进行OCT检查并结合眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)结果进行测量、对比、分析。结果23只眼眼底黄斑中心凹或中心凹旁均有视网膜下新生血管(CNV)存在。边界清晰者占82.6%(19只眼),边界不清晰者占17.4%(4只眼)。全部突破Bruch膜及色素上皮层在神经上皮层下生长,伴有神经上皮层间水肿者78.9%(18只眼),伴神经上皮层浆液性脱离者10.5%(3只眼),伴出血性色素上皮脱离者5.3%(2只眼)。测量CNV最大直径和厚度分别为(1339.2±1010.8)μm、(230.8±111.5)μm。结论OCT检查可以发现中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变时视网膜下CNV的存在,是对FFA检查的重要补充。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC) under optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods 23 cases (23eyes) with CEC diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were examinated by OCT. Results CNV was found in submacular in all of the eyes, CNV of clear edge in 19 eyes ( 82.6% ), CNV of unclear edge in 4 eyes ( 17.4% ). CNV penetrates Burch membrane and pigment epithelium in all eyes, growing under neuroepithelium. Neuroepithelium edema in 18 eyes (78.9%) , serous detachment of nuroepithelium in 3 eyes ( 10.5% ), hemorrhagic detachment of pigment epithelium in 2 eyes (5.3%), The most length of the CNV was (1339.2 ±1010.8)μm the thickness was (230.8 ± 111.5)μm. Conclusions OCT, as an important complementary, complementary of FFA , can supply the CNV image for analyzing CEC.
