摘要
给大鼠每次腹腔注射0.5mgHg/kg氯化汞共40次后,治疗组大鼠分别给予1、2、3或4次腹腔注射DMPS,每次注射剂量为0.27mmol/kg。对照组大鼠则于相同时间注射生理盐水。最后一次注射后24小时处死大鼠,测定脑和肾汞含量。结果表明DMPS治疗显著降低肾汞含量,但脑汞含量无明显变化。提示DMPS治疗汞中毒不能引起汞的体内重新分布,不能增加大鼠脑汞含量。
ats received intraperitoneal injections of 0.5mg Hg/kg body weight(as mercuric chloride)each day for a total of 40 days.Animals then were divided into groups.Treatment groups were given ip 0 27 mmol DMPS/kg body weight each day for 1,2,3 or 4 days and control groups were given saline in the same time.Mercury contents of the brain and kidney were determined 24 hours after the last injection of each group by DMPS or saline.The results showed that DMPS treatment decreased the mercury contents of the kidney significantly,but did not change the mercury content of the brain.The results indicated that there would be neither redistribution of mercury in the body nor increase of mercury in the brains of rats during the treatment period of DMPS.
