钼肥与玉米大豆间作体系中大豆根瘤数的互作效应 被引量:2

摘要 采用三元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,进行钼肥对玉米大豆间作体系中大豆根瘤数影响的研究。结果表明,施钼量与玉米密度及带型配置都有一定的互作效应,当玉米密度、带型配置适当时,施入钼肥能增加大豆根瘤数。无论玉米在高密度48 000株.hm-2或低密度36 000株.hm-2条件下,施钼肥均能提高间作体系大豆根瘤数;无论在低带型2∶4或高带型3∶2条件下,施钼肥均能增加大豆根瘤数。在本试验条件下,当玉米密度为42 000株.hm-2、玉米与大豆带型配置指数为2∶2、大豆钼酸铵施用量为4 182.736g.hm-2时,间作体系中大豆根瘤数可达36个.株-1,为全处理最高水平,间作效果最好。 The three factors square quadranic rotational regression combination design was used in this experiment. The results showed that there was obvious interaction effects between Mo and density of maize, and between Mo and SCI ( Stripe Compound Index). It also indicated that applying Mo could increase the root nodule counts when the density of maize and SCI were proper. Regardless of the maize in high density 48 000 plants per hm^2 or under the low density 36 000 plants per hm^2 ,fertilizer amounts could enhance the root nodule counts of soybean in the interplanting system. Regardless of low SCI 2 : 4, or high SCI 3 : 2 conditions, fertilizer amounts could increase the root nodule count of soybean. The highest root nodule counts in this experiment reached 36 root nodules per plant ,the most proper density was 42 000 plants per hm^2 ,the proper SCI was 2:2 ,the best amounts of Mo was 4 182. 736 g per hm^2.
