摘要
SD大鼠分别用5mg/m3和50mg/m3CS2吸入染毒6个月。
prague Dawley rats had inhaled CS 2 vapours 5 hours a day,6 days a week for six months The CS 2 concentrations were 5mg/m 3 and 50mg/m 3 respectively The results showed that the level of liver copper was significantly decreased( P <0 05) and the plasma LCAT activity was significantly inhibited( P <0 01) in the group having exposed to 50mg/m 3 CS 2 vapour for six months A significant positive linear correlation existed between the plasma LCAT activities and liver copper values( P <0 01) The conclusions might be as follow:Exposure to CS 2 could result in disturbances of copper metabolism LCAT,as a kind of copper metalloenzymes, could be inhibited by CS 2 through interfering copper metabolism and result in the disturbances of lipid metabolism
