摘要
简要回顾了平流层平台信息系统(stratospheric platform information system,SPIS)的研究历程,介绍了该信息系统的概念和特点,以及国内外载荷试验的进展,重点讨论了该信息系统的军用和民用前景,提出了相应的发展思路和建议,强调要以科学发展观统领平流层平台信息系统的各项研究工作。
This paper briefly reviews the research work of SPIS (stratospheric platform information system ) in China, introduces the basic concept and the feature of SPIS system, the experimental progress of the mission payload system, emphatically discusses the application prospect in the future, and the development proposal is also put forward. The conclusion is that the research work of SPIS system must be guided by the scientific development principle.
