胃转流术和胆胰分流术治疗2型糖尿病：效果与机制 被引量：2

Effect and mechanism of gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion on type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 2型糖尿病是威胁人类健康的一大疾病，目前的治疗手段以内科治疗为主，但药物治疗和使用胰岛素均不能达到治愈的目的。外科治疗除胰岛移植外都是针对其并发症的治疗。近年来研究发现，胃转流术或胆胰分流术可以长期稳定地缓解2型糖尿病并减少糖尿病各并发症。其确切机制不详，可能与肠-胰岛轴、脂肪-胰岛轴的改变和食欲减退等有关。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus is epublic health problem and optimal control of hyperglycemia could reduce its complications. But current theraputic methods, including diet control, hypoglycemia agent and insulin, do not achieve a cure. Recent studies showed gastri.c bypass （GBP） or biliopancreatic diversion（ BPD） can produce durable and complete control of diabetes mellitus and alleviate its complications, but the exact mechanism is unknown. This review summarizes effect and mechanism of GBP and BPD on type 2 diabetes mellitus.
