摘要
某建于深厚软土地基上的6层住宅,紧邻地铁车站深基坑且其条形基础下局部有暗浜,在车站深基坑施工过程中,发生沉降并倾斜严重。针对所在场地条件复杂、环保要求高等特点,在深基坑施工过程中综合运用了多种手段对房屋进行沉降及倾斜控制,达到了房屋保护和安全经济的目的。
A 6-storied residential building built on thick soft ground was settled and severely inclined in the construction of the foundation pit of a subway station due to its close adjacency to the station and the influence of an underground creek somewhere beneath its strip foundation.Taking into account the complicated field conditions and the requirements of environmental protection,comprehensive methods of inclination and settlement controls were used in the construction of the neighboring pit,by which the targets of building protection ,safety and economy were reached
