摘要
CM长短桩复合地基由刚性桩、半刚性桩、天然地基土和褥垫层组成,具有较大的灵活性,可充分发挥桩间土、刚性桩和半刚性桩三者的潜能。理论和实践均表明:CM长短桩复合地基可以有效提高地基承载力,减小建筑物沉降量,降低差异沉降。这种复合地基的设计及应用研究具有很好的理论价值和应用价值。
Composed of rigid pile, semi-rigid pile, natural ground soil and mattress, this composite foundation, with good flexibility, can make full use of the potentials of soil and piles. Theoretical study and engineering practice show that it can effectively improve foundation bearing capacity, reduce building settlement, and cut down the settlement difference of foundation slab. Therefore, it will be of great significance for the further theoretical study and engineering practice.
