摘要
对竹叶防风(Seselimairei Wolff)地上部分的化学成分进行研究,利用色谱方法分离得到13个化合物,经光谱测试鉴定为:6-甲氧基当归素(Ⅰ),香柑内酯(Ⅱ),异茴芹素(Ⅲ),伞形花内酯(Ⅳ),金腰乙素(Ⅴ),芹菜苷(Ⅵ),芦丁(Ⅶ),槲皮素(Ⅷ),阿魏酸(Ⅸ),falcarind iol(Ⅹ),二十二烷醇(Ⅺ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅻ),胡萝卜苷(ⅩⅢ)。以上化合物在该植物的地上部分均为首次分离得到。研究结果表明竹叶防风地上和地下部分共同的成分仅有Ⅱ和Ⅹ,地上和地下部分在化学成分方面有很大差别。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Seseli mairei Wolf. Methods : The chemical constituents have been separated with manifold chromatography methods, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as sphondin ( Ⅰ ), bergapten( Ⅱ), isopimpinellin( Ⅲ ) , umbelliferone( Ⅳ ), chrysosptertin B ( Ⅴ ) , apiin ( Ⅵ ) , rutin ( Ⅶ ) , quercetin ( Ⅷ), ferulic acid ( Ⅸ ), falcarindiol ( Ⅹ ) , docosanol ( Ⅺ ), β-sitosterol ( Ⅻ ), daucosterol( ⅩⅢ). Conclusion: All these compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Seseli mairei Wolf. for the first time.
