摘要
近年来,“五防”体系在不断规范和完善,但对于调度遥控的实现模式还没有一个统一的要求。通过对实现调度遥控“五防”的几种方案进行分析,提出了建立调度主站与变电站一体化的复合“五防”体系的建议。
Despite steady improvement on electric misoperation prevention system in these years, uniform requirement has not been set on the realizing mode of electric misoperation prevention in dispatching remote control. Upon analysis of several realizing schemes, this paper suggests the establishment of complex electric misoperation prevention system integrating dispatching master station and substations.
