摘要
在分析电力系统各种暂态稳定优化控制含义的基础上,研究了目前常用的电力系统各种暂态稳定优化控制方法,对各种方法的优缺点和应用情况作了介绍。一个好的暂态稳定优化控制方法应该简单实用,不但可以同时有效兼顾预防控制和紧急控制,而且可以方便地考虑多个预想事故,能有效平衡电力系统运行的安全稳定性和经济性,数值稳定性好,计算速度快,以便能实际在线应用。
With an analysis of the concept of transient stability optimized control, this paper studies the common approaches to transient stability optimized control in power system, describing their advantages, disadvantages and applications. It is indicated that a good approach should be simple and practical, not only giving consideration to both preventive control and emergency control, but also conveniently taking multiple preconceived accidents into account; meanwhile, it should keep good balance between operation safety and economic efficiency, and be characterized by good digital stability and rapid calculation so as to enable on-line application.
