尿液分析在诊断移植肾急性排斥反应中的研究进展

摘要 随着高效免疫抑制剂的应用,急性排斥反应(acute rejection,AR)的发生率明显减少,肾移植患者的生存率得到了极大的提高。但AR仍然是影响移植肾和患者长期存活的重要因素,而如果能得到早期诊断并正确治疗的话,绝大多数AR是可以被逆转的。本文就尿液分析在早期诊断肾移植术后AR中的研究进展作一综述。
