摘要
基于网络的信息管理是建立在信息市场的形成和市场参与者之间交互作用的基础上的。作者介绍了建立在ＩＮ－ＴＥＲＮＥＴ和环球信息网ＷｏｒｌｄＷｉｄｅＷｅｂ上的系统Ｃｏｍ－ｐｏＮｅｔ，这个系统示范性地实现了一个用于产品和服务的虚拟市场。
Shorter development times and the demand for innovative high quality products incur new requirements for information management and engineering design. Network based information management is grounded in the interaction of supplier and customer in a newly introduced information market. Fast, comprehensive accessing of information relevant to engineering design via virtual marketplaces will increase designer′ s efficiency. The authors introduce CompoNet, which was developed using INTERNET and the hypermedia information system World Wide Web. CompoNet in effect realises the functions and uses of a marketplace.
