摘要
Petir网理论是以网络理论、代数理论等为数学基础的,可利用图形语言对故障诊断系统的结构、功能及流程进行系统的分析和描述,是异步并发诊断系统建模与分析的重要工具之一。作者在论述了Petri网矩阵描述方法的基础上,根据汽轮发电机组故障征兆与常见故障类型之间的关系,建立了一种基于Petri网的汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断模型。与传统的汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断方法相比,该模型仅使用简单的矩阵运算,诊断过程简单直观,速度快。实例分析表明,利用该模型可对汽轮发电机组的振动故障作出正确判断。
The Petri nets, based on net theory and algebra theory, can describe the structure, function and flow chart of the diagnosis system systemically by graphic language. It is an important tool for the modeling and analysis of asynchronous current diagnosis system and is applied in artificial intelligence field. The author introduces the matrix way of the Petri nets firstly. Then based on the relationship between the typical fault and cause, a Petri nets model steam turbogenerator set is presented. Comparing with the traditional method, the diagnosing process is simple, intuitional and fast. The experimental results indicate that the Petri nets model can give correct vibration diagnoses for turbogenerator sets..
