摘要
以抗条纹叶枯病的水稻品种爱知106分别与感病品种金陵香糯、武育粳3号及武粳15杂交获得的F2群体为材料,采用重病区田间自然发病的方法,研究爱知106对水稻条纹叶枯病抗性的遗传。结果表明,爱知106对条纹叶枯病的抗性由一对核基因控制,抗病对感病为显性遗传,不同F1显性程度的差异可能与感病亲本的遗传背景有关。
Aichi 106 is an elite rice variety introduced from Japan with Stvb-i gene resistant to rice stripe. In this study ,Aichi 106 was crossed with Chinese rice sensitive varieties Jinlingxiangnuo,Wuyujing 3 and Wujing 15. The field resistance of rice stripe of F1 and F2 progeny of the crosses was investigated. F1 s were highly resistant with some differences in degrees among them. The resistant and sensitive plants of F2 populations accorded with the proportion of 3: 1. It could be elucidated that the resistance in Aichi 106 was controlled by a single nuclear gene and was dominant inheritance compared to susceptibility. Dominant degrees in F1 s might relate to the genetic backgrounds of their susceptible parents.
