摘要
C4ISR系统的评价研究在指挥自动化中有着很重要的地位。文中以结构熵理论为基础,分析C4ISR系统组织结构对系统内信息流的影响,从信息的角度对机载和地面C4ISR系统组织结构的有序度进行评价,引入信息流的时效和质量的概念,建立可以进行系统组织结构优化设计和进行定量评价的系统结构有序度计算的时效质量模型;并利用此模型对外军典型地进行了实例分析。结果表明,模型科学合理,分析方法可靠,科学性和实用性较强。
Study on evaluation of cgISR system is very important for command automation. Based on the theory of structure entropy, we analyzed the influence of C^4ISR system on information flow, evaluated the order degree of both airborne and ground - based C^4ISR Systems from the point of information. Two concepts, time - effect and quality of information flow, were introduced, and the Time - Effect Quality Model (TEQM) was established, which can be used for optimized structure design and quantitative evaluation. The model was used for analyzing a typical example, and the result proved that the model is feasible, the analysis method is reliable and practical. Conclusion and expectation are presented in the end.
