摘要
采用问卷调查法和比较研究法对莆田学院不同性别和不同年级学生的课外体育活动的动机、参与方式、制约因素等现状进行了调查,了解分析大学生课外体育活动参与的基本现状,为改革体育教学和提升管理水平提出若干建议。
An investigation was made with a questionnaire among the students of different gender and grades about their sports activities after class, including motivation, forms and restricting factors. The purpose is to have a complete knowledge of the current situation so as to provide a basis for reforming the sports education and improving the management in our university.
