摘要
随着我国城镇家庭结构与规模的变化,做为住宅建筑类型之一的老人住宅已开始在我国出现。本文,通过实例调查提出了几个值得研究的问题,同时介绍了国外老人住宅设计理论与经验,为我国的老人住宅设计提供启发与借鉴。
This paper deals with the housing for elderly people that, as a kind of housing architecture, has occured in our country along with the urban family structure and scale varieties. Based on the practical investigations, the paper raises some topics which are worth research and introduces some principles and experiences which are seen in foreign elderly housing design so as to offer enlightenment and useful references for the housing creative fields.
