摘要
2004年,中央决定在全国部分农村地区实行计划生育奖励扶助试点。安徽省芜湖市被国家确定为试点市,同年,定远县也被安徽省确定为试点县。2005年,试点工作在全国普遍推广,惠及安徽省的各个县市。本课题组对部分试点县进行实地调研,综合其他材料对安徽省部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助的现状、存在问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
In 2004, the central government determined to have an experiment on the encouragement and assistance of planned parenthood in parts of rural areas. Wuhu was defined to have such a test by the country. At the same time, Dingyuan was fixed to have a same experiment by Anhui Province. In 2005, the experiment was popularized in China and was in favor Of every town and county in Anhui Province. After the careful study on these counties and the deeply analysis to the status quo and problems of the encouragement and assistance of rural partial planned parenthood families in Anhui Province, the author puts forward some corresponding resolutions.
