摘要
迪庆藏族自治州森林资源极为丰富,森林类型多样,动植物种类繁多,但林业产业发展总体上仍处于“大资源、小产业、低效益”的状况。分析了迪庆州林业产业发展的优势和潜力;林业产业发展的制约因素。提出了发展与森林三大效益结合十分完善的特色经济林产业、森林资源非木材产业、森林生态旅游业和野生动物驯养繁殖产业的设想和建议,以及破解制约林业产业发展因素的有效措施。
Forestry Industry development in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, where is rich in forest resources, abundant forestry types and species of animal and plant, still in general situation described as Big Resource, Small Industry and Low Benefit. The paper analyzes both the advantages and potentials as well as restrictive factors of forestry industrial development. It also proposes to develop economic forest industry with unique feature combined perfectly with 3 benefit of forest, and to compose the conception concerning non-timber industry of forest resource, forestry eeo-tourism and wildlife domestication, and to suggest the effective measures for overcoming the restrictive factors.
