摘要
非法出版活动不仅破坏了出版管理制度,扰乱了出版物正常的市场秩序,而且误导和欺骗社会公众,损害广大教师和教育工作者的合法权益,干扰了学校正常的教育教学活动,社会危害十分恶劣。
Illegal publishing activities not only destroy the publication management system, disturb regular market order of publications, but also mislead and deceive social masses, damage the legal interests of teachers and education staffs, disturb the regular education and teaching activities of schools, which are very harmful to society.
