摘要
针对商业银行传统的员工绩效评价方法所存在的基础脆弱、观念落后、缺乏统一的考核指标和量化标准、评价脱离实际及与经营效益关系不密切的现状,探讨建立与我国商业银行快速发展相适宜的多层次、全方位绩效评价方法及体系。
Aim at the status quo of criterion for evaluation and quantitative criterions with weak foundation, lagging concepts, lack of unification in traditional staffs performance evaluation methods of commercial banks, ahenated from reahty and non- intimateness with operating benefit, the Paper probes to establishing the muhiplayer, omni-directional performance evaluation methods and system that adapts to the rapid development of domestic commercial banks.
