摘要
目的总结动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗老年人粗隆间骨折的临床应用体会。方法对动力髋螺钉治疗老年人粗隆间骨折32例的临床效果进行分析、评价。结果随访6～18个月,骨折全部愈合,髋关节功能恢复正常,仅4例偶有髋部疼痛,2例轻度跛行。结论应用动力髋螺钉治疗老年人粗隆间骨折疗效满意,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of dynamic hip screws in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly patients. Methods In this series, 32 patients were treated with dynamic hip screws. Results 6-18 months follow-up confirmed that all fractures were healed and the hip joints recovered normal function. Hip pain occurred occasionally in 4 cases and limp in 2 cases. Conclusion Dynamic hip screws are confirmed feasible and eligible for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.
