摘要
目的探讨一期前路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的疗效。方法自1999年2月-2004年10月，对67例胸腰椎结核患者进行一期前路病灶清除植骨融合Z—plate内固定。结果术后切口均一期愈合。平均随诊2．5年，67例患者均愈合，无一例复发，植骨均获融合，融合时间平均4个月。结论一期内固定治疗脊柱结核，可以重建脊柱稳定性，减少手术并发症，是一种安全有效的外科治疗方法。
Object To explore the clinical efficacy of one stage anterior fusion and internal fixation for treatment Of the thoracolumber tuberculosis. Methods 67 pationts with thoracolumber tuberculosis were treated surgically by one stage anterior debridement fusion and internal fixation with Z - plate from 1999 to 2004. Results The incisions of all patients were healed in one stage. 67 patients were followed up with an average of 2. 5 years and were healed with recurrence. 67 cases achieved solid fusion in average 4 months. Conclusion One stage anterior iniernal fixation can restore the spinal stability and reduce the surgical complications for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis. It is a safe and effective method of surgical treatment.
